The JGCC Property Owners Association, Inc. (POA) is responsible for managing community items that are not the responsibility of individual homeowners. This includes managing shared or common property, protecting and increasing property values, and developing a sense of community within the ambiance and serenity of this gated and secure community. Nestled on gently rolling terrain, enveloped by abundant tree cover, the 732-acre neighborhood contains 919 private homes that range in size from 1,900 square feet to 5,000 square feet, located on spacious lots. It was established in 1987, with the first houses built beginning in 1988.

The Jacksonville Golf and Country Club Property Owners POA (POA) is the governing body responsible for maintaining the quality, security, and overall community standards within the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club neighborhood. One of the primary responsibilities of the POA is enforcing community guidelines and deed restrictions. Homeowners pay POA dues on a quarterly basis, which are allocated toward landscaping, infrastructure maintenance, security, and the fiber optic network. The POA Board, composed of elected homeowners, oversees budgeting, dispute resolution, and long-term planning to uphold the community’s reputation as one of Jacksonville’s most desirable places to live.
